Hosted page

Every Taildove form has a unique hosted URL you can share directly. No embedding, no code — just a link.

Your form URL

https://app.taildove.com/f/YOUR_TOKEN

Find it in Forms → [form name] → Embed → Hosted page.

What it looks like

The hosted page renders your form with full branding:

• Banner image (if set) at the top
• Your logo (if set) above the title
• Form title (the form name)
• All your fields
• Submit button with your accent color and label
• A "Powered by Taildove" footer

After submission, it shows your success message or redirects — whatever you configured.

When to use it

• Link in bio (Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn)
• QR codes at events or on printed materials
• Email campaigns — link from a button in an email
• Simple landing pages — share the URL directly when you don't have a website

Custom domain (coming soon)

Hosted forms will support custom domains in a future release, allowing URLs like forms.yoursite.com/f/TOKEN.
