Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Taildove subscriptions and related charges. We aim to be fair and transparent while maintaining the stability of the Service.

1. Free Trials

Certain plans may include a free trial period. During the trial, you can evaluate the Service at no cost (other than any applicable taxes or transaction fees). If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the end of the trial to avoid being charged.

2. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance. Because the Service is delivered immediately upon renewal, fees for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

While we do not guarantee refunds, we may, at our discretion, consider a partial or full refund in situations such as:

  • You experienced a sustained technical issue preventing reasonable use of the Service, after giving us an opportunity to resolve it.
  • You were charged in error or for a duplicate subscription.
  • You cancelled in good faith shortly after renewal but did not meaningfully use the Service during the new billing period.

We do not issue refunds for reasons such as a change in your business circumstances, lack of results from your campaigns, or unused sending capacity.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email and organization name.
  • The invoice or transaction identifier, if available.
  • A brief description of the issue and relevant dates.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method, subject to your bank or card issuer's processing times.

5. Third-Party Fees

We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or other third parties (for example, currency conversion or foreign transaction fees). Any such amounts are outside the scope of this Refund Policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
