Creating a form

Creating a new form

  1. Go to Forms in the left sidebar
  2. Click New Form (top right)
  3. Fill in the Form name — this is the title shown to visitors on the hosted page
  4. Add fields using the Add field button
  5. Configure after-submission behavior, branding, and automation (all optional)
  6. Click Create form

The builder is a split-panel view: the left side is the editor, the right side shows a live preview that updates as you type.

Editing a form

Click the pencil icon on any form card, or go to Forms → [form name] → Edit.

All changes to fields, branding, and settings are reflected immediately in the live preview panel.

The email field

Every form includes a locked Email field. It:

  • Is always required — a valid email is mandatory for contact upsert
  • Cannot be removed
  • Can have its label renamed (e.g. "Work email", "Your email address")

Deleting a form

Click the trash icon on a form card. This permanently deletes the form and all its submissions. Contacts that were created from submissions are not deleted.

Form status

All forms are live immediately after creation. There is no draft/published toggle — if you don't want a form to be publicly accessible, delete it or don't share the URL.

Viewing submissions

Go to Forms → [form name] to see recent submissions. Each submission shows the raw field data, IP address, timestamp, and user agent.
